Travel grants and presentation opportunities for emerging researchers.
At AGBT, the Next Gen Leadership Awards help make participation more accessible by supporting graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, medical students, and early-career researchers from around the world. AGBT is proud to offer ten travel awards to support emerging scientific leaders in attending the AGBT Precision Health Meeting by covering travel, lodging, meeting registration, and eligible travel expenses.
We encourage applications from individuals and institutions that have historically been underrepresented at AGBT.
Selection
Applications are evaluated based on scientific merit, leadership potential, and alignment with the goals of the program.
Award recipients will have the opportunity to present brief remarks to the full meeting and a poster, giving them the chance to share their research, gain meaningful visibility, and connect with leading scientists across the AGBT community.
