Dr. Sharon Greenblum

A research scientist in the Genomic Technologies group at the Joint Genome Institute. She has expertise in implementing computational systems biology approaches to analyse large-scale omics data in a variety of systems. Sharon’s current focus is on developing analysis pipelines for plant single-nuclei RNA-seq data, and integrating multi-omic profiling to reveal conservation and evolution of gene regulation across species and cell types.
