Single-occupancy rooms contain one king-size bed; double-occupancy rooms contain two double beds.

For double occupancy you may specify a roommate, who must be a registered attendee. If the specified roommate fails to register, a roommate will be assigned to you.

For an additional fee, spouses and guests of conference registrants are welcome to attend all conference social activities/meals. Ticket price: adults $350.00 - children $100.00. Electronic Meeting Registration

Meeting participants may choose to register electronically via a secure site hosted by RegOnline if payment is made by check or one of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

  1. Read all instructions before completing the form.
  2. Complete the form as instructed, review, and submit.
  3. Wait for acknowledgement of receipt of submission. The process may take a few moments as your credit card information is verified.
  4. Print the receipt acknowledgement page with the registration confirmation number. This will be your reference number for abstract submissions/future inquires.
  5. Incorrect or Fraudulent Information: A credit card transaction may be canceled by G Corp, the organizer of the AGBT conference, if we reasonably determine that the registration information you provided is incorrect or fraudulent, or if we reasonably believe the credit card utilized is from an unauthorized party.
  6. Cancellations: To cancel your conference registration, please notify the G Corp office in writing by mail or by fax at 781-466-9988. Registration cancellations postmarked and paid prior to January 5, 2009 will be fully refunded, less a $200.00 processing fee. Substitutions are not allowed. There will be no refunds after January 5, 2009. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
  7. Check Payments: If paying by check, the check must be payable in US funds and received within 10 business days of registration or the registration will be canceled.
  8. Commercial Attendees: There is a limit of 35 attendees per commercial organization (including subsidiaries and affiliates). If your registration exceeds the limit for your organization, you will be notified that your registration has not been accepted and your registration fees will be refunded.
